Our experience is a guarantee that the house you order will be made with attention to the smallest detail. We use only proven products that meet the highest quality and safety standards. At every stage of production, we carry out rigorous quality control so that the product meets the expectations of our customers.

The safety of our houses is a priority for us, which is why all houses produced by our company are certified by TÜV Rheinland.

CHASSIS

The chassis consists of a galvanized steel frame and aerial wheels on axles used to move the house, in the case of standard and premium houses. In economic houses, the frame is not galvanized.

FLOOR

The substrate is a top-class waterproof MFP board. On the board there is a vinyl floor or vinyl panels that are resistant to abrasion and difficult conditions (heat and water).

WALLS

The walls in our houses are made of abrasion-resistant agnes boards and waterproof fibo panels, which offer an attractive finish to the interior of the houses. Our offer includes many color options.

ROOF

There are 4 types of roofs in our houses:
1. Gable, which is standard in our offer.
2. Asymmetric gable (shifted roof ridge).
3. Single slope (flat, but with a greater slope on one of the sides)
4. Flat roof with minimal slope.

TERRACE

In our houses it is possible to add a terrace. The standard lengths of the terraces are 2m and 2.5m. We distinguish several variants of terraces, which are usually built for individual customer needs.
